Joshua M. Freeman Center for The Arts at Bayside
It was Josh's dream to create an arts center in Sussex County, Delaware. Research is underway and the beginning stages of development for the Joshua M. Freeman Center for The Arts at Bayside have begun. This center, located at Bayside near Fenwick Island, will offer theatrical performances and movies. There will also be space for art, dance and music classes. To begin our journey towards making a permanent home for arts experiences in Sussex County, we launched the Freeman Summer Stage Series at Bayside in 2008. Over ten weeks we partnered with artists and performers and welcomed nearly 15,000 people to wonderful performances, movies, and children's workshops on our stage.
