D's History Coloring Book Series feature historical and cultural figures that he researches and brings to life for all people to see themselves. "Coloring Our Way to Equality" is an example of one interactive project for all ages that involves coloring and history. D is a true historian with a vast knowledge of African American History and Society as well as Civil Rights and Civic Engagement. This project has been done with youth in schools ages 2 to teenager and could even be done with teachers. First D introduces himself, his art and the people who are all Remarkable. Then the people who are depicted in this huge picture are brought to life. As the group of learners are coloring D teaches them about each one being colored. Once the picture is colored, which can take days depending on how large the group is, the class has a learning tool that serves as a reminder of their history for some time to come.

D has done many exhibitions up and down the east coast at high schools and colleges, prekindergarten, elementary and daycares, aftercare, safe-haven sites, churches, museums, outdoor festivals, indoor fine art shows at galleries and even one at a Bike Shop. Further details can be provided upon request.
