Artist Roster

In order to become a registered user of the Delaware Artist Roster you will need to create an account. Please provide the following information. All fields are required. When you are finished, click the "submit application" button at the bottom of the page.

By clicking below, you agree that you or your performing group meet the criteria to apply for the Delaware Artist Roster.

  • You are Delaware residents (for performing groups, at least one person needs to be a Delaware resident)
  • You are willing and able to perform or present in communities around the state
  • You have a designated person with whom presenters can make booking arrangements
  • You have an established fee schedule
  • You have performed publicly at least two times over the past three years (for performing and literary artists)
  • You have exhibited in at least two shows over the past three years OR have work on permanent display in a public setting OR earn part of your annual income from your artistic discipline (for visual and media artists)

Note: Work that includes explicit nudity, profanity, or obscene content will not be accepted into the Roster. The Division of the Arts reserves the right to decline or remove artists from the Roster.
