Dominique Jabey Gaines (born October 21, 1984) is an American artist born in Wilmington, Delaware. Embodying both a classical African American and millennial perspective, Dom looks forward to increasing the consciousness of his culture and others through mixed media use of visual communication.  The outset of Dom's fine art career begin in the closing of his mini market Daily Bread.   Shortly after  Dominique debuted his art work in Washington, D.C.'s Congress Heights Cultural Arts Center.   Since then  Dom has participated in DCAD's "Local & Famous" curated by Terrance Vann and Alim Smith.   With a project comemorating Daily Bread and future art endeavors in the form of a Pop Up Shop there are several cool happenings ahead. Aside from the fine art of oil painting, Dominique offers the arts services of graphic design, creative consulting, fashion design and more.
