Linda C Benzon
Twelve years ago Linda discovered her artistic eye through photography, and a very rewarding "retirement career" was born. Many hours of informal instruction and experimentation have resulted in her work receiving significant attention in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New York. Her love for exploration in her hometown or across the ocean pairs well with a desire to share the beauty of the world in which we live. Linda’s favorite subjects are found in the natural world, with traditional as well as abstract expression. Linda is known for her eye for situations that often go unnoticed and for portraying them with a sense of calm and timelessness.
Linda's photographs have appeared in regional and national publications including Adirondack Life Magazine, Pennsylvania Magazine, Delaware Beach Life, and Nature Conservancy Magazine. Her work has been displayed in galleries in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New York, including five years in the prestigious Pennsylvania Art of the State Exhibit. Currently Linda’s work is exhibited by Rehoboth Arts League (DE), Milton Arts Guild (DE), Carlisle Arts (PA), and Tupper Arts (NY).
