Dr. Marietta Dantonio - Madsen is a driven and focused professional, with over twenty  five years of experience in Higher Education teaching and leadership.  She demonstrates  an innate ability to create an atmosphere of  creative team work while maintaining professional integrity. Founder and President of a non-profit organization, totemrhythmsinc.org .Dr. Dantonio-Madsen currently is adjunct faculty at Wilmington University. Dr. Madsen has coordinated over 100 community healing arts projects working with the United States military,  Indigenous Populations, Incarcerated Youth and Adults, victims of abuse , the elderly,  those with visual and hearing loss , and people with mental health needs. She is an advocate for self expression through visual art for self growth and healing. Her motto is "Libertas Creare", the Freedom to Create.  

Dr. Dantonio-Madsen 's personal art has exhibited at the Thomas Tabor Museum, Biggs-Museum, Cairo Opera House, Egypt, Reading Museum, and twelve years at the United Nations, New York, and Durban South Africa and various  U.S. and International Galleries .
