The Delaware Division of the Arts provides grants that support small budget projects that include the presentation of performing, visual, literary, media, or folk arts in communities throughout the state. Shirl Denise Frisby is a prolific writer and compelling graphic artist, who started her love for art in grade school. She went on to Camden County College to study Liberal Arts. She was also an on-air announcer on the college radio station. There she gained the attention of her english instructor and  art professors with her talent in both disciplines. After moving to Delaware in 2006, she returned back to her love of the Arts and has created over 500 graphic art designs. The theme for her art is called Transformation Relics, "The Artifacts". She has featured a few on this site.
