YWCA Delaware is excited to announce a call for original artwork to be featured on our 2025 Juneteenth T-shirt. We invite Delaware artists of all ages to join in the celebration by submitting a design that reflects the spirit and significance of Juneteenth. The submission period runs from April 18 to May 15, 2025. All designs must be original, appropriate for a general audience, and clearly represent a Juneteenth theme. There is no fee to enter, and there are monetary prizes for first ($250), second ($150), and third ($100) places.
The winning design will be selected based on the highest number of public votes and will be printed on YWCA Delaware’s official 2025 Juneteenth T-shirt. The top three winners will receive a cash prize and be featured on YWCA Delaware’s website and social media platforms.
Voting will take place from April 28 to May 26, 2025. Each vote costs $1, with a minimum contribution of $5. Supporters who donate $10 or more will receive the official Juneteenth T-shirt (available for pick-up only). This contest also serves as a fundraiser—100% of the proceeds will directly support YWCA Delaware and the 8,000 individuals we serve across the state each year.
We encourage participants to share their entries on social media and invite friends and family to vote. Join the fun, celebrate creativity, and help us honor Juneteenth while supporting the important work of YWCA Delaware.
