Description

Bronze Anchor Studios is hosting the fourth annual Holiday Market in the Villages of Five Points on November 8th, 2025. This year we will be expanding to tents along the sidewalks of the main circle at the Villages of Five Points as well as a large, heated marquee tent in the middle of the lawn.

This is a juried event. The jury's decision is final and, if accepted, you must pay the booth fee ($175) in full by October 11, 2025 to secure your spot.

Artists will be listed in a brochure and fliers available prior to the Market. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.

As your artist statement, please submit a brief note (2-3 sentences max) describing your methods, materials, inspiration and/or experience. If accepted, this may be used on the website under the artist information page, as well as in the event brochure

Late applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be approved by the event coordinator, however any artists applying or accepted after October 4 are not guaranteed to be listed in the marketing or printed materials for the event.

Artists may not share tables. Only original works will be accepted. Mass-produced pieces or wholesale items will not be considered.

The fee to apply will be $25 and the booth fee if accepted will be an additional $175.

The spaces inside vary in size and shape but are approximately 8’ wide by 6’deep and can accommodate two 6’ standard tables in an “L” shape, or a similar smaller modular set-up. Spaces on the covered patio are approximately 8’ wide by 4-5’ deep and can accommodate a single 6’ table. Inside and patio spaces include electricity, wi-fi and chairs. The spaces in the large, heated marquis tent are approximately 10’ wide by 8’ deep. Personal tents may be up to 10’ x 10’ unless approved prior to the event (additional fees for larger booths may apply). Outdoor locations are not guaranteed to have electrical connectivity. You may request a location, and consideration will be given to the order in which the requests are received, the artists medium/booth set up and requirements, and past participation/ location, but requests are not guaranteed to be granted. Artists must provide their own tables and displays regardless of location.

Set up will begin the evening of Friday November 7 at 5pm. There is no security so, while artists may set up their displays, no products be placed until the morning of the event. We cannot be responsible for products or displays left overnight. Setup will continue Saturday morning beginning at 7:00am. All artists must be set up by the opening time at 10:00 am. No one may pack up early unless previously approved.

Please keep your fellow artists, our volunteers, and the members of the community in mind. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Please be a nice human. Failure to abide by these rules may result in being asked to leave and/or being banned from participation in future events.
