Casting Call for short film Conversations After Dark where I serve as the director and producer
Location: Wilmington, DE
Preliminary film dates: April 30th-May 2nd
Roles available:
Deja - a young black queer woman who is currently on winter break from her first semester in college. She is very satisfied with her position in life, but can’t help herself to engage with her first love Mack.
Mack - a young black queer woman who is more so on the masculine side of the spectrum. She is very carefree and likes to avoid confrontation. She feels as though she is lacking in life and that feeling intensifies when she’s around Deja who appears driven. Although deep down she is happy for Deja, it doesn’t necessarily cease her resentment.
