Description: Join us for an exciting art adventure designed just for tweens! In this hands-on class, young artists will explore the elements of art through the techniques of famous artists. Each week, students will dive into the styles of iconic masters and create their own unique masterpieces. From the the bold lines of Keith Haring to the vibrant color compositions of Alma Thomas, students will experiment with a variety of styles and methods. Techniques will include action painting, use of motion, color theory exploration, and learning the fundamental elements of art. Through these projects, tweens will gain a deeper understanding of key art elements such as color, shape, line, and composition. While learning from the masters, students will be encouraged to infuse their personal style and creativity into each project, making every piece truly their own. Whether your tween is a seasoned artist or new to the world of art, this class offers a fun and engaging environment to explore, create, and grow. Join us for a creative journey through the techniques of legendary artists and express yourself!
