Third Annual Fall Family Faire
Delaware’s oldest free library is back with another season of fun as the Corbit-Calloway Memorial Library (CCML) hosts its third annual Fall Family Faire on Saturday, Nov. 2, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The nonprofit library invites families of all ages to join a day packed with live music, fall-themed crafts, moon bounces, train rides, face painting, and a “build your own scarecrow” station. Attendees can also enjoy the popular chili contests, storytelling sessions, raffles, and much more. Admission is free.
Think you have the best pecan pie or chili in town? The library is accepting contestants for its trustee judged pecan pie, and publicly judged chili contests. Interested participants can register by calling 302-378-8838.
The Fall Family Faire will also feature various local and regional nonprofits, including the YMCA of Middletown, Delaware Museum of Nature and Science, DNREC, Humane Animal Partners and more.
