Tasting Through Time: A Historic Dining Experience
First seating: 4:30-6:30pm
Second seating: 7:30-9:30pm
Explore history through your taste-buds! Enjoy a 5-course dinner of small plates, each paired with adult beverages, while learning about the culinary traditions of the past in the Log Cabin. The event also includes a live auction & door prize drawings. This year’s theme, “Foreign Foods,” will highlight the surprising variety of global ingredients and dishes enjoyed in early America.
This event is a fundraiser to support the Trimble Kitchen Project at Newlin Grist Mill.
Cost: $75/person. You must be 21 years or older to attend.
