Gelli Printmaking
Gelli printing is a form of monoprinting that uses a flexible silicone plate to create unique and expressive prints. By applying paint to the plate and using various tools and techniques, you can achieve surprising and unpredictable results, making each print a one-of-a-kind creation. In this 3-hour hands-on class, we will guide you through a series of demonstrations, providing expert tips and tricks. Then, it's your turn to experiment! You'll have ample time to create unique prints using stencils, image transfers, and layering techniques. No prior experience is necessary – bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to experiment. Instructors: Susan Benarcik and Monika Bullette.
