Description: Although color and light may appear daunting, understanding color theory can demystify the process. In this class, students will get the opportunity to learn how color theory works in a practical way that will serve them immensely as they create three beautiful landscapes and one still life with step-by-step instruction. Along the way, students will get to practice clouds, trees, gradations, and shadows. They will also get to learn how to make a sun glow, how to create the illusion of sunlight, and how to sculpt an object using two contrasting light sources.
