Join the UD Wind Ensemble for a musical exploration of the complexities of the American experience. The ensemble will be joined by guest artist JARROD LEE, who will perform Armando Bayolo's work "Last Breaths," which sets the final words of six young black men killed by police. UD student poet-collaborators from the Department of English will share their reflections in both printed form and through live poetry readings. Other works include Carolyn Bremer's "Early Light," Steve Danyew's "Into the Silent Land," Benjamin Horne's gorgeous setting of "Deep River," and Donald Grantham's masterwork "Southern Harmony."
