Diamond State Black Film Festival
The Diamond State Black Film Festival highlights current and emerging film talent that includes artists, writers, and producers over a 4 day experience. The festival will include film screenings, artists talk backs, workshops, receptions and award presentations. The festival films will include shorts, barratives, documentaries, and a college category. This film festival is the only one of its kind in the state of Delaware.
