Theatre N
Theatre N is Wilmington, Delaware's only nonprofit independent arthouse cinema, serving the community for more than 20 years. Located in the heart of downtown Wilmington, Theatre N showcases independent, international, documentary, classic, and locally produced films while providing a welcoming space for artists, filmmakers, musicians, comedians, and audiences to connect.
Beyond film, Theatre N hosts live performances, filmmaker Q&As, festivals, educational programs, and community events that celebrate creativity, diverse voices, and meaningful conversation. As a nonprofit organization, every ticket purchased and every donation made helps preserve independent cinema and expand access to arts and culture throughout the region.
Our mission is to showcase independent film and local talent—giving our community a screen, a stage, and a voice to inspire and connect.

DART Bus Stop 3970 is located directly in front of Theatre N and is served by routes 2, 6, 10, and 35.
Parking
Enjoy 3 hours of free parking at the Tatnall Parking Garage (253 W. 11th St.). Simply check in using the AirGarage app upon arrival and receive your validation code at the theatre.
From I-95 South
Take Exit 7 toward Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and downtown Wilmington. Follow signs to the business district, then head to 11th and Tatnall Streets. The Tatnall Garage entrance is on W. 11th Street, before crossing Tatnall St.
From I-95 North
Take Exit 7 (Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard) into downtown Wilmington. Continue toward 11th and Tatnall Streets. The Tatnall Garage entrance is on W. 11th Street, before crossing Tatnall St.
