Rozeal: Want Not (Rescue from the Otherwise Obscene, Salvation from the Wicked)
Inspired by Japanese woodblock printing, Rozeal.’s colorful and complex cross-cultural subject matter blends samurai, geisha, and kabuki imagery with American hip-hop and voguing figures. Featuring new work by the artist, this exhibition explores characters in a fantastical mythology that feels both otherworldly and universal.
