Creative Aging Workshop: Whimsical Masterpieces
Adults ages 55 and up, join local artist John Donato at the Laurel Public Library on Fridays, beginning May 2 through June 27, from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, as he teaches a fun, engaging, and empowering artistic experience for those who would like to investigate their creative potential while building a basic level of mastery using oil pastels. Participants will have the opportunity to participate in an art exhibit open to the public. Registration is required for this program, and space is limited. This program is funded by the Delaware Division of the Arts as part of its' Access Creative Aging program, a community-based arts education program designed for adults ages 55+.
