Sue Ellen Thompson is the author of five books
of poetry and the editor of The Autumn House Anthology of Contemporary
American Poetry (2005). A two-time Pulitzer nominee, she teaches at The
Writer's Center in Bethesda and Annapolis. She was the recipient of the 2010
Maryland Author Award, which goes to a poet once every four years for his or
her body of work.
