C.E.R.T.S., Inc. is an active day rehabilitation program for adults with multiple, severe disabilities. We provide a stimulating, diverse environment where attendees make individual choices regarding the activities they would like to participate in daily. Options are cooking/baking activities, community outings, adaptive games and sports, an art program that includes painting, pottery and music as well as mobility training through the MOVE program.

Participants use DART, Logisticare and family or agency adapted vehicles for transportation to and from C.E.R.T.S., Inc.
Parking
C.E.R.T.S., Inc. has 2 locations, one in Newark and the other in Smyrna. There is ample parking at each location.
