HOY en Delaware is a community oriented publication serving as a bridge of understanding among all inhabitants of Delaware since 1996.
HOY en Delaware presents the annual Hispanic Heritage Festival since 2017. This is a free, family-oriented festival open to anyone who wants to celebrate Latino cultural heritage. Our Hispanic Heritage Festival includes traditional music, folkloric dances and Hispanic food.
