 I AM ART N MOTION uses the art of dance to provide programming, performances, and education. Dance is used as a resource to build community, awareness, advocacy and an appreciation for its holistic benefits. I AM ART N MOTION promotes artistic prowess, by highlighting the visibility and credibility of black professional artists and celebrating their resilience and beauty through vibrant story-telling. We are intentional about engaging the greater community with our programming and brand, empowering individuals and leveraging inclusivity. We are a collective of motivated and committed artists delivering superior value by way of person-centered workshops to develop life skills and experience optimal wellness. We believe that compassion, integrity, community, and a holistic approach are foundational to sustainable and fulfilling relationships with our clients, contractors, and business partners.

 Our collective host Workshops, Healing Circles, and Creative Movement sessions for community members. Our goal is to nurture the mind, body, and spirit of movers. We also provide training classes, private coaching, & internship opportunities.
