Morris Library is the main library for the University of Delaware community. The building is open to members of the public, who can also get a Public Borrower Card to check out library materials. Throughout the year, the library hosts a number of events that are free and open to the public.
Morris Library is part of the UD Library, Museums and Press, which hosts a number of exhibitions and events in its main library and four gallery locations across UD’s Newark campus. Those locations include Old College Gallery, Mechanical Hall Gallery, Special Collections Gallery and the Mineralogical Museum.
Please note: Visitors will need to bring photo identification (a University ID card, a U.S. driver’s license or a government-issued or school-issued photo ID) to enter the building.
