University of Delaware, Memorial Hall

Memorial Hall, built in 1924, was dedicated as the state's memorial to the Delawareans who served and died in World War I. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Geographically, Memorial Hall sits at the center of The Green, and originally served as the dividing point between the men's (to the north) and women's (to the south) areas of the University of Delaware.
