From the unrivaled collection of American antiques housed in one of America’s most beautiful historic homes to the natural beauty of the 60-acre garden nestled in a picturesque 1,000-acre estate of meadows, woods, and waterways, a trip to Winterthur is an unforgettable experience.
Take a tour of Henry Francis du Pont’s former home and be transported back in time to discover two centuries of American craftsmanship in the interiors that showcase part of the collection of more than 90,000 decorative arts. Exhibitions in the Galleries offer insight into global trade, cultures, and craftsmanship of the past.
The Winterthur Garden is world-renowned"”a masterpiece of color and design featuring a succession of vibrant blooms beginning in early spring and continuing through the summer to the harvest colors of fall. The children’s garden Enchanted Woods is the perfect spot to explore and play make-believe.
Winterthur offers a unique experience for visitors of all ages, with more than 200 adult and family programs and events annually.

Admission
Winterthur Experience PackageStroll through the major entertaining spaces on a self-guided tour showcasing some of the most spectacular rooms in the 175-room house. Admission also includes access to the garden and walking trails, Enchanted Woods, and exhibitions.
$22 adults ($27 during Yuletide)
$20 students and seniors ($25 during Yuletide)
$8 for ages 2-11
Children under 2 are admitted free with a paying adult.
General admission for Members is free.
