Laurel Historical Society

Since it was created in 1977, the Laurel Historical Society has tirelessly

worked to document and preserve the traditions and history of Laurel, while making them accessible to future generations.

The Cook House is the Historical Society's headquarters and museum. It features a large number of artifacts that paint a picture of what life has been like in western Sussex County throughout history.
