Homeschool Art Program: Grades 2 to 8

"Art Through The Ages: An Art History Journey"  will focus on a particular artists continuing into our spring semester. 

Elementary Art (Grades 2 to 5) will be an introduction to a variety of media and techniques including oil pastels, drawing, collage, scissor skills, and painting with watercolors, tempera and/or acrylics. This class will be a fun and creative way to enjoy art with no pressure! Supplies are included in the cost for this class.

$100 per student for the semester. Tuesdays starting 9/9 from 10:30am to 11:30am

Middle School Art (Grades 6 to 8) will incorporate much of the same media and techniques as in the elementary class, but at an advanced level. Projects will be demonstrated by me right along with the students so there is no experience or artistic talent required - anyone can participate in this class! Some projects will take more than one week to complete because at this age level, the expectation is that students can be a bit more thoughtful and methodical in their work. Students will also learn how to prep their workspace and clean up afterwards (brush care, supply storage, and project management). 

$120 per student for the semester. Tuesdays starting 9/9 from 9am to 10am.

Note: No class on October 7 or October 28 for either class time.
