Fund for Women First Founder Breakfast
Join us for more than 30 years of empowering women and girls in Delaware!
The Delaware Community Foundation (DCF) has named Louisa Phillips the recipient of the 2025 First Founder Award through its Fund for Women (FFW) giving circle. The First Founder Award is presented annually to a FFW member who has a record of exceptional generosity, demonstrates civic and or charitable responsibility and whose leadership has encouraged others in philanthropic endeavors throughout the Delaware community.
“Louisa Phillips embodies the spirit of the First Founder Award through her generosity, leadership, and unwavering dedication to improving lives in Delaware,” said Molly Giordano, FFW Board Chair. “She is a role model whose legacy continues to shape our community.”
Phillips will receive the award at the FFW First Founder Breakfast on Oct. 15. The event starts at 8 a.m. (Doors open at 7:30 a.m. and breakfast will start promptly). The event will be held at Riverfront Events, 760 Justison St., Wilmington, DE 19801. Registration is required.
