A Farewell To Kings (AF2K)- Rush Tribute
Rush fans, mark your calendars.
Acclaimed tribute band A Farewell to Kings (AF2K) is set to bring Power Windows to life like never before-performing the iconic 1985 album front to back at three special Northeast performances this October.
The shows will feature Power Windows in full-live, uninterrupted, and played with the reverence, precision, and technical wizardry that have made AF2K one of the most respected Rush tribute acts going. To match the album's iconic production, drummer Johnny Vines will be performing on an electronic kit-recreating the sounds and textures that defined an era of Rush's evolution.
Longtime fans know: Power Windows marked a turning point for Rush-layered with synths, charged with Cold War anxieties, and packed with complex rhythms and lyrical precision. It's a record that never got its full due in the live arena. Until now.
Known for their obsessive attention to detail, AF2K channels the spirit of Rush with stunning accuracy-right down to every pedal, patch, and Peart fill. With a lineup of seasoned musicians and a shared love for the music they honor, the band has earned a loyal following among Rush purists and newcomers alike.
Located in The Main Hall at The Queen. All ages, doors open at 7:00 PM, show begins at 8:00 PM. All support acts are subject to change without notice.
