Wet Felting Trees
Wet Felting Trees
Learn how to create a wet felted wool holiday tree! In this 3 hour, beginner felting workshop, you’ll turn loose wool fibers into a tree that nestles into a favorite or heirloom candle stick and can be removed after the holidays. In a choice of two sizes and multiple colors, the tree is stuffed with all natural kapok fiber. You will need basic sewing skills only to attach the bottom at home after it dries. Use your imagination from there! You may decorate your tree with stitching, old costume jewelry, lights or just enjoy the simplicity of textured wool. Please bring your favorite candle stick to the workshop and let us know if you prefer a different color of fiber, such as natural cream, beige or gray instead of greens.
