A Charlie Brown Christmas
A Charlie Brown Christmas is a live adaptation of the classic cartoon. Charlie Brown is feeling sad about how commercialized Christmas has become, so his friend Lucy suggests he direct a Christmas play. The other Peanuts kids are difficult and only want to dance, so Charlie Brown tries to find a real Christmas tree to set a better mood. He picks a tiny, sad little tree and everyone laughs at him. When he asks in frustration if anyone knows the real meaning of Christmas, Linus steps forward to tell the story of Jesus's birth. Inspired, the kids stop making fun of him and work together to decorate his small tree, turning it into a beautiful symbol of the holiday spirit.
