Anthomania Reimagined: Floral Artwork By Christina Peters
The Anthomania Reimagined Exhibition
Opening Reception Friday February 6th, from 5-7pm.
Showcasing the painterly floral photography of Christina Peters.
818 N King St. Wilmington, DE 19801
Exhibition ongoing through February.
In Anthomania Reimagined, Christina Peters presents floral portraits inspired by Dutch still lifes and created entirely through photography. She sources flowers from U.S. farms, nurtures them to bloom, and arranges them with antique props under studio lighting. Every image is made in-camera with minimal digital editing.
This series invites viewers to pause, reflect, and feel joy. Through floral portraiture, Christina explores the emotional power of beauty and the symbolism of fleeting natural moments.
This exhibition is supported, in part, by a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts. The Division promotes Delaware arts events on DelawareScene.com.
