In Harmony Concert Series: Mid-Del Sax Quartet
The Mid-Del Sax Quartet, an ensemble of the Milford Community Band, plays a program of music written especially for saxophone quartets featuring classical compositions, marches, music from the movies and Broadway, waltzes, Dixieland and seasonal pieces. They have played in various senior centers and residences in the area, Dover Air Force Base, and numerous community events in Kent and Sussex counties. Their aim is to “Keep Live Music Alive.”
This program is supported, in part, by a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts. The Division promotes Delaware arts events at www.DelawareScene.com.
