An invitation to slow down, listen inward, and create without pressure.
The Art Life Journal is a gentle, process‑based workshop where creativity becomes a companion for reflection, emotional awareness, and personal growth. Through intuitive art‑making and simple prompts, participants create a visual journal that honors their lived experience.
No art experience required. The workshops will be facilitated by Artist, Lisa Westbrook.

YOU DON’T NEED TO BE AN ARTIST
You only need a willingness to show up as you are. All materials are simple and accessible, and guidance is offered every step of the way.

Explore emotions through color and layering
Practice intuitive, reflective creativity
Leave with tools they can continue using beyond the course
