Tastes of Cooch's Bridge
Welcome to our winter cellar! Join a unique group of Delaware chefs and craft beverage makers who are inspired by the history of sustainable and preserved foods at Cooch's Bridge Historic Site! We’ll explore one of Delaware's most important places through a diverse tasting menu. Each of these historically informed dishes will be accompanied by beer, wine, the 2nd edition of Cooch’s Reserve hard cider, and the night’s signature cocktail, the Smoking Musket.
The Cooch’s Bridge Historic Site is owned and operated by the State of Delaware Division of Historic and Cultural Affairs (HCA). The Friends of Cooch’s Bridge Historic Site is honored to serve as the outreach and advocacy group for the site’s stewardship, in partnership with the HCA.
