Join us Friday, March 13 at 6:00 p.m. for a Spring Forward Beer Dinner that celebrates the changing season with fresh flavors, thoughtful pairings, and a little Dogfish Head flair. Guests will enjoy four courses paired with four Dogfish Head beers, each selected to highlight the vibrant, playful notes of spring.

First Course: Buffalo Cauliflower: Gorgonzola Cream, Herb Salad, Pickled Red Onion

Paired with: Set List Shuffle (Vol. 1): Double Dry Hopped IPA

Second Course: Mushroom Agnolotti: Ramp Pesto, Buttered Chanterelles

Paired with: TBD - A delightfully off-centered pairing based on availability and awesomeness

Third Course: Fallow Deer Filet: Frites, Au Jus, Chimichurri

Paired with: 90 Minute IPA with Lemon Peel and Juniper Berries

Fourth Course: Clafoutis: Dark cherry, Rosewater, Vanilla Ice Cream

Paired with: Lost in the Undertow: Barrel Aged Baltic Porter
