Fresh from the Studio
There’s something special about encountering a newly completed work—the ideas still humming with the artist’s recent focus and intention. Every artist brings a different style and process to their practice; some build careful layers over months, while others move quickly and intuitively, letting gesture and instinct guide the way. After a long winter of dedicated time in the studio, we finally have the chance to see what they’ve been creating—each canvas offering a glimpse into a season of reflection, experimentation, and inspiration.
Fresh from the Studio, features works by gallery-represented artists Caroline Adams, Michael Allen, Bo Bartlett, Stanley Bielen, Michael Doyle, Elizabeth Endres, Mary Page Evans, Sarah Gutwirth, Philip Koch, Christine Lafuente, Scott Prior, Margery Torrey, and Vicki Vinton. The exhibition will be on view at Somerville Manning Gallery from March 13 to April 11, 2026.
