King of Instruments, Instrument of Kings
The Delaware Chapter of the AGO will host “The King of Instruments, The Instrument of Kings." Retired U.S. Army band member and Yamaha performing artist, Chuck Seipp, will perform on a plethora of trumpets. Organist at National Presbyterian Church and founder of “The Bach Project,” Todd Fickley, will perform on the matching consoles (upstairs and down) of the Peragallo hybrid organ in the reverberant and stunning sanctuary.
The program by the Seipp/Fickley Duo will offer something for everyone—from Aaron Copeland to Modest Mussorgsky, including accompanying the silent film, “Teddy at the Throttle.”
A suggested donation of $20 will be collected at the door.
