Watercolor Beach Waves
There’s nothing quite like sitting on the beach, soaking in the stunning colors of the sea, listening to the rhythmic sound of the waves, and breathing in the salty air. This is why I’m drawn to painting the ocean. There are countless techniques to capture waves, whether in intricate detail, an impressionistic style, or something more abstract. In this class, we’ll explore the reflective qualities of the water, the shadows cast by the waves, and the translucent, foamy areas. By incorporating a sense of perspective and depth, you’ll learn to bring your ocean paintings to life.
