The Young Caribbean Professionals Gala and Conference
The 2nd Annual Young Caribbean Professionals (YCP) Conference & Caribbean Excellence Weekend is a premier two-day leadership, workforce development, and cultural empowerment experience taking place June 5–6, 2026 in Wilmington, Delaware.
Hosted by the Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce of the Northeast (CACCNE), the weekend brings together Caribbean Consular representatives, students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, executives, and community leaders for impactful networking, professional development, cultural celebration, and mentorship opportunities.
The weekend will feature the Caribbean Excellence Gala, the Young Caribbean Professionals Conference, keynote speaker Dr. George Fraser, Caribbean Student Excellence Awards, professional panels across STEM, healthcare, finance, entrepreneurship, law, government, agriculture, and education, as well as vibrant Caribbean cultural performances and experiences.
