Sewing Machine Basics Workshop
This is a perfect workshop for true beginners or anyone who needs a refresher on the fundamentals of machine sewing. Students will learn how to thread a sewing machine, adjust basic settings, wind a bobbin, sew straight seams and understand essential tools. We will cut and sew a simple envelope style pillow slipcover that you can take home at the end of class. Bring your own working sewing machine or borrow one of ours. All equipment provided. This is a friendly stress-free introduction to sewing.
