Sound Bath in Nature
Have you ever tried meditating but found it difficult to focus on letting your mind go blank? Then this session is for you! Learn how to de-stress and calm the senses with the soothing sounds of nature…all you need is a yoga mat or towel.
This event is held in the Regional Journey Gallery. A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations from singing bowls.
Program is led by Sara Schwartz, LSW, Founder and Sound Healing Practitioner, Undercurrent Sound Healing. Pre-registration required; space is limited. 12+ only.
$15/members, $20 non-members per session
The Sound Bath series is generously sponsored in part by a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency. The Division promotes Delaware arts events on www.DelawareScene.com.
