;Ascend Flow Arts is a fitness and movement arts studio in Wilmington, DE. We focus on aerial arts and Ground Acrobatics. Ascend strives to bring these unique art forms to the community in a safe and affordable way. 

We opened our doors in the Spring of 2014 and have been growing ever since. Our goal is to create a second home for students where they are free to embrace their love of movement and artistic expression through high quality instruction in a welcoming community. 

Ascend Flow Arts brings circus and aerial arts performances to local events. We host in house theater shows and student showcases. We work to bring the arts to you whether you are interested in learning to fly or being a part of the Audience that enjoys our productions
