Delaware State Parks
The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control's Division of Parks and Recreation operates and maintains 17 state parks and related preserves and greenways throughout the state. Commonly known as Delaware State Parks, we provide recreational, cultural and educational opportunities for the people of Delaware, as well as residents of nearby states, those across the country, and around the world. Voted America's Best State Park System in 2015, we provide safe and enjoyable recreational opportunities and use resource-based education to teach responsible stewardship of our land and cultural resources.
