ACT is the umbrella organization that owns and operates the Everett Theatre, the Gilbert W. Perry, Jr. Center for the Arts (aka "The Gibby"), the Hudson Contemporary Art Gallery, and a building known as the Annex. These facilities are located on Main Street in downtown Middletown.
