Friends of Fort DuPont
Friends of Fort DuPont is a volunteer-led nonprofit dedicated to celebrating and activating the historic Fort DuPont site in Delaware City. Through partnerships and creative programming, we bring arts, culture, history, and environmental education to this unique 215-acre campus along the Delaware River. From concerts and community hikes to theater and educational talks, we aim to connect people to this remarkable place and its evolving story—past, present, and future.

From Clinton Street in downtown Delaware City, head east on 5th Street and cross over the bridge onto the Fort DuPont campus. Continue straight for about 0.3 miles. Turn right at the sign for Governor Bacon Health Center and follow signs to the pavilion area.

Free parking is available in the lot directly next to the Governor Bacon Hospital, just steps from the pavilion.
