Resolution Steel Orchestra is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Performing Arts organization, located in the city of Wilmington, that offers educational and performance opportunities to the members of the Wilmington community. Our mission is to provide the youth in the city of Wilmington with a musical and cultural experience centered around the steel pan in an environment which allows for personal growth.
