The Delaware Symphony Orchestra
Under the leadership of Music Director David Amado, a winner of the 2014 Governor's Award for the Arts, the Delaware Symphony Orchestra entertains and educates music lovers from across the region. From the classical series and "Explorer Experience" concerts for students at the Grand Opera House and the Chamber Series at the Hotel du Pont, to educational programs in the schools, fun new Family Concerts at the Cab Calloway School of the Arts, and an exciting additional performance of the classics series concert featuring world-renowned soprano Denyce Graves in Dover in 2017, the DSO inspires audiences of all ages throughout the state.

Street parking is free after 6 pm, and affordable garages are easily accessible, including the garage under the Doubletree Hotel at 7th & King). DSO Classics Series subscribers receive free parking vouchers for the Doubletree Garage, which is easily accessible to the King Street Door of the Grand.
